  Product after-sales service commitment and related instructions  


  1. The after-sales service for the product is subject to the quality of the company's manufacturing and installation within the specified warranty period, and the company is responsible for free repair or return. 


  2. Our company provides free maintenance time for 1 year after delivery and use. During this period, our company will be responsible for repair and debugging due to equipment quality problems. The repair costs incurred and the replacement costs of unqualified parts shall be borne by our company. If other losses are caused, we will bear them independently.   


  3. After the goods are delivered and used, our company will track the products. The Commerce Office has specially set up customer file cards and complaint telephone numbers to better provide customers with satisfactory services. In summer and winter, our company sends professional maintenance service personnel to the user for follow-up visits and assists users in product maintenance and repairs.   


  4. For product damage caused by improper use of customers, the sales staff of the company shall sign a repair contract with the customer. According to the repair contract, the technical maintenance team shall be responsible for completing the repair tasks as scheduled.   


  5. In addition to after-sales service during the warranty period, the company is also responsible for equipment repair after the warranty period, but the after-sales service costs shall be borne by the demander.
