U-shaped linear motor integrates the base with the motor stator, drives the aluminum slide table with a wide-type slide rail, and integrates a grating scale for position feedback, making the entire module size highly compact and rigid, providing a size choice for specific thrust needs. The U-shaped linear motor has no winding slots, which means a lighter movement mass and more in line with the movement conditions of high speed or high acceleration and deceleration. The linear motor without core is used as the driving element. With the characteristics of power, the smooth movement of low-speed continuous waves can still be achieved even at low speeds.
