Linear motor module
Gaogong linear motor drive channel is a product that can be used directly by assembly of iron-free motors with zhuanli. The linear motor channel can directly drive the load, and the center does not require any transmission device. Its main advantages are the following:
1. Quick response: higher acceleration and shorter adjustment time, increasing production power;
2. High speed: can reach 5m/s, reducing the production cycle;
3. High rigidity: Direct drive load, no mechanical transmission devices such as teething, belts, ball screws , etc. are required;
4. High precision: choose a direct measurement system, no interval/angle conversion is required;
5. No backlash: The directly coupled power drive load has no mechanical conversion, so there is no backlash.
The matrix of the linear motor channel is made of kneaded aluminum profiles, which has excellent structural strength and cost-effectiveness. Without any splicing, the channel length can be 3 m.
The accuracy of the channel is completed by pre-pressing the balls that circulate linear motion inside the four sliders of the double guide rail or the two sliders of the single guide rail. Pre-pressing the slider can improve rigidity, and the cage ball structure runs smoothly and has low noise.
The position accuracy is completed by a direct measurement system. The linear measurement system consists of a linear ruler (the straightness of the ruler can reach +/- 3 μm/m) and an encoder reader, and the electronic resolution can reach below the submicron region.
