Mechanical operation always comes with many risks, so you must be very careful when using it. Therefore, when using a linear module , you must operate correctly. The following are the precautions I have compiled about linear modules online. You can refer to it:
1. When braking is exempted, the upper and lower shafts may cause the upper and lower shafts to slide. Therefore, before braking is exempted, please use a platform to block the upper and lower shafts. When braking is exempted, please be careful to maintain yourself and do not be sandwiched between the upper and lower shafts and the platform.
2. High temperature may occur when the motor and reducer are running. When checking the linear module , it is necessary to confirm that the motor and reducer stop rotating and the temperature drops before contacting.
3. The planning operation of the terminal function of the linear sliding platform module is to prevent the disappearance of power (electricity, air y pressure, etc.) from causing risks. The terminal function will survey the size, component, temperature and chemical properties of the object when the clamping object falls, and appropriate safety inspection and protection measures will be taken.
4. Stop using it in the case of magnetic and electrical twists and turns, such as electromagnetic, electrostatic discharge, and wireless magnetic twists and turns. Since these simply cause disturbance to the operating system, or even risk due to incorrect operations, do not use it in the case of magnetic and electrical twists and turns.
5. Stop using it in any combustible gas environment. There is no explosion-proof standard for linear modules to avoid risks such as explosions. Stop using it in combustible gases, ignitable liquids, combustible powders and other links.
